Hi everyone. Sorry for disappearing. As I said in my last journal entry, my grandmother had just passed away. I lived next door to her so we could take care of eachother. After a month of taking care of my grandfather, my parents put the vacation house (the one I was living in) on the market because my mom couldn't bare to be there anymore without her mother. So I moved back to CT and haven't had much time for art until the last few days.

For the first two months I had no net access of my own, and only recently was able to get wireless internet for my laptop so I could go on more. I am going back to school at the end of september but not for what I started. After two years away from college while I was in Maine, I've just grown weary of it all and decided to go into one of my former loves and a family business. I got accepted into a prestigious academy for comestology and plan on continuing after that with reflexology. I will be learning how to style wigs as well (which will help in my hobby of cosplay item making ^^) and will be able to travel to all different cities and even Europe and Japan for work. we'll see what happens.

i'm still waiting for my fiancee to move down here with me. He's still scared to make such a big change and he's also got many commitments up there, but it seems like he will ultimately join me. However it has kind of been a relief without anyone else around because my father had surgery and has been out of work for a month now and we are taking care of him. and then other things happened.. So this has given me an opportunity to get things back in order for myself and for my family.

Sorry to see the olympics end now. I will miss looking everyday at all the sites and seeing places my family is. My father promised to send me to greece for a month once I finish school. And now that two friends moved back from Greece to the US now I have more people to travel with, since they will want to go back as well for vacation.
